Fenix: FNX-5484 ⁃ [Meta] Search Widget

As a user, I want to be able to quickly launch search in Fenix from my device homescreen, so I can save time.

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

-I can add a search widget to my homescreen.
-I can initiate a quick search from my home screen.
-I can search with my default search provider.

May I add two additional requests to this? On the current Fennec widget, starting with v67, there's a FF icon on the left, search input box in the middle, and a voice search button on the right. I'd like these two improvements, if possible:

• When the icon on the left is tapped, FF should open like normal (meaning the address bar shouldn't be in focus, which pulls up the keyboard.) This would allow one more feature in the widget, and could potentially save space on users' home screens.
• I'm not even sure if this is possible, but could there be an alternative to using Google for voice search? Not sure if Mozilla's Common Voice project is ready, but there's Alexa, Cortana, Bixby, and a few others. Even Google Basic Voice Input would be an improvement in the privacy department, imo.

(I also commented on #201 since it's not closed. Although maybe I should have only commented there since it's labeled "UX".)

Thank you for the article @jonichan :) The article is great. Can we change the screencap to one that includes the widget in at least 2 different sizes, not have the Google search bar in there, and possibly better resolution? I can send you a sample if that helps!
