There is possible at GiHub to block/report an user like https://help.github.com/articles/blocking-a-user-from-your-personal-account/#blocking-a-user-in-your-account-settings and/or https://help.github.com/articles/blocking-a-user-from-your-personal-account/#blocking-a-user-from-their-profile-page

This feature would be useful in FH, too.

This would be really nice! And seems relatively simple to add. The Github mobile site does not offer this either, unfortunately.
