Fasthub: App shortcuts redesign

The app shortcuts discussed in #260 and #312 seems not to follow the design guideline provided. It can be a little inconsistent when used in the home screen.

Do you think it is a good idea to change them to something like the images below? I can send you the icons if you need.

@k0shk0sh The commit f0b95c3 (release 4.0.2) fixed the wrong pull request icon. It's much better than it was.

If you want to increase consistency even more and follow the guideline, you can set the icon background to color #F5F5F5 instead of #FFFFFF. Also, maybe you can use a XML version instead of PNG in multiple sizes. A package with the icons in XML and SVG is in the comments. :+1:

@lucasvalenteds I didn't see that otherwise I had used svg instead, I really want to stay away from pngs 🤣. Thansk I'll have at them when I get on my laptop, maybe you could submit this as a PR? At least you get the credits ;)
