Faas: Update list of Derek maintainers across all repos

The current list of active Derek users I believe is represented in the following list.

We need to create PRs (signed-off) to update this across all repos. Signing off can be done through the GitHub UI if this makes the task easier by putting a final line in the commit message.

I've also updated the list so that it has a priority of who is most active in the project.

@alexellis could you review the above list and make sure this is what you want? If so, I can start making the PRs to the repos that have derek enabled already.
I think you'll need to add derek to the ones that do not yet have it enabled.

@affix and @itscaro FYI: The other repos have been updated to use the derek.yml file here. So, if you'd like to be added (@itscaro you're already there) just submit a PR to this repo's derek file for permissions across the majority of the organization.
