@aka-jain Yeah , I was working on this #690 issue but the PR is under discussion with @spyshiv . So, currently I am free. So, I thought to pick it up.

@RishabhJain2018 we already got one plugin for scroll https://github.com/Cloud-CV/EvalAI/blob/master/bower.json#L26. You can use this one for the issue.

@aka-jain I built the dockerfile given in the repository. The containers are running but only one of the ports (0.0.0.0:8000) is sending response (EvalAI- Home Page) with only Hello World. Where exactly do i have to add the button and where is the (dummy) content to be scrolled up?
