Eui: TLS Icon request

In uptime we are adding lot's of features around TLS/SSL Certificates.

It would be nice to have an TLS Icon in EUI.

@walter-ind I appreciate the enthusiasm, but we like to leave icon creation work to our designers. Especially for glyphs that will be used throughout Elastic products.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is no longer in use, so I suggest using TLS or a more generic padlock icon.

There's already a padlock icon in EU: <EuiIcon type="lock" />.

Do you think this icon would work?
