Ethers.js: Consider removing typescript branch

It appears that the typescript branch is stale, so it's a good candidate for removal.

The problem with deleting a branch is that is can break links. Maybe I should checkout the branch and replace the readme with one that simply explains that it is deprecated?

So, after more investigation, it seems it is actually best practice to delete a branch.

I've made some historical local archives, but the full repo should still be linked together by the hashes anyways.

So, I'll remove it. :)
