Esy: "esy run" no longer defaults to the "run" script on nightly

On nightly (0.6.0-956cf2), esy run no longer defaults to the run script, as it did in 0.5.8. Instead it fails with:

required argument SCRIPT is missing

Operating System: Manjaro/Arch Linux (which now uses node 13 and therefore breaks 0.5.8 because of #1010, so I had to upgrade to nightly)

Sorry for long turnaround, should be fixed now and nightly will be build in ~30mins.
