Esmvaltool: Fix for irregular grid of GFDL-ESM2M

Irregular regridding works for tos of GFDL-ESM2M (without errors), but the output file only contains missing values. Any idea @zklaus ?

Sorry, I get a

Exception: Can not load cubes from ('/nobackup/.../ETHZ_CMIP5/historical/Omon/tos/GFDL-ESM2M/r1i1p1/tos_Omon_GFDL-ESM2M_historical_r1i1p1_186101-186512.nc',)

before it ever gets to the preprocessor.
Maybe you can post here the dataset line from your recipe?

Ah right, sorry, there is a fix necessary (no standard_name in the file):

Thanks @valeriupredoi for the reminder. Since there were some changes in the regridder since this was opened I decided to just try it again and to me the result now looks largely ok.

@schlunma could you please try again and let me know if the problem for you persists?
