Erpnext: Heatmap / Dashboard Options in Customize Form

Hi,

Please add Dashboard Options in Customize Form so that users can set the following options:

1. Default State - Whether Dashboard section is open or closed by default
2. Permission Level - This should work just like field 'Perm Level' option

Trust you're doing great. When I open an Item for example, the Dashboard is always open by default so the page always appears as shown below:

In a number of cases (most actually), we would prefer for the Dashboard to be closed by default as shown below:

There should be a way to set the default state of the Dashboard to either Open or Closed in the Customize Form page

Also, we may want to hide the Dashboard completely from users with certain roles. In this case, we should be able to set Permission Level for the Dashboard so that only users with that privilege can view it
