Many of our customers and suppliers make us sign legal agreements such as non-disclosure agreements (NDA) or ethics agreements. We have over 200 customers so its sometimes hard to keep track. Also we sometimes want to have our suppliers sign legal agreements with us so we need to know who we have signed agreements from our side.
Neither selling or buying or CRM does the job. There should be a new module Legal as Rushabh suggested.
Legal Agreement with autonaming series LA0001 ... that can be either linked to Customer, Supplier or Employee. It has a has a Legal Agreement Type (e.g. "NDA"), a Signing Date (Date) and Validity period (Integer) in years and has an automatically calculated Expiration Date (Date) based on the Validity period.Legal Agreement in header of Customer, Supplier and EmployeeDraft, Approved, Invalid (if expired)How about starting a new module Legal ? All companies have various legal agreements they need to keep track of
Maybe a doctype Legal Agreement and Legal Agreement Type (which could be NDA)
Also the Legal Agreement can be linked to any Party or Party Type (like we have NDAs for employees)
@emakis I think this should be done this way with new "Legal" section, user rights and the Legal Agreement of a type "NDA"
Updated the original description based on Rushabh's input and waiting for someone to pick it up
Is there an update for this?
I'm starting a project that is related to this one, maybe I can get an information that will help me.
