Elfinder: Added API Keys for Online-Convert and Zoho, but no options for using them

I registered and pasted the API Keys in the appropriate places for Zoho and Online-Convert, but I am not seeing any new options in the right-click dialog or the toolbar for using these features. I am only assuming that there's nothing else to be done in the code, so I'm confused as to why there are no options showing for using these features. I'll likely do the same for OneDrive and Google Drive, but I want these to work first.

I AM using a custom theme (the Material theme/gray), if this has anything to do with it. Connector.php below:

@petrakid You need to allow uploading of the MIMEs of the file you want to save with Zoho Editor in the ''uploadAllow'` option. The Zoho editor handles the following MIME-Types:

If you look at the uploadAllow directive, you'll see that I've added many of these (not the open office stuff as my clients will never use open office):

Are you saying that I can ONLY have these mimetypes allowed for Zoho to work? That would be upsetting, since my clients will use this for all uploading in the WYSIWYG editor (images, documents, etc.). As far as Online-Covert, what I did was upload an image (just a jpeg) and it wasn't an empty file. After uploading (using elFinder), I right-clicked on the image. I saw all sorts of options, but not a converter option. This is where I'm puzzled. In both cases.

Is the latest version of the elFinder client? And did you load editors.default(.min).js?

I'm using 2.1.49 and no, editors.default is not loaded. Now that I've loaded this, yes, things seem to be working. Thanks!!
