No error in the console

No. It's normal.

2.31.0 exist?
you can change ^element-ui: 2.13.0 to element-ui: 2.13.0 in your package.json file，and delete your local node_moudles and then npm install

I think this is a consequence of the change to emit a change event on clear.

4d前dev分支改了这个问题，不知道啥时候能发版，坐等发版升级https://github.com/ElemeFE/element/pull/19200
