Element-web: Linux version doesn't badge taskbar icon with unread count

Description

The Linux version of the app does not badge the taskbar icon of the app with the number of unread messages. Telegram does this and I find it really handy. The System Tray icon does, but I'm not talking about the system tray icon, I'm talking about the taskbar icon itself.
