Element-web: The version 1.7.4 is released but the kabyle language is not there

the Element web version is completely translated but we don't find kabyle language in the list of languages :

Should we finish translating matrix-react-sdk in weblate to have kabyle in the next release?

note that translations are over two projects (react-sdk and element-web), but both do in fact seem translated enough to include in the app.
