Element-web: Browsing "X" Amount of Channels Kicks Out Of Voice Widget

Description

Browsing through a random number of channels 1,2,3,4,5 etc varying it will disconnect. sometimes every time you try. In the Debug log sent replicated it 6 times minimal. sent another Debug Log from the Web Client specifying it was the Web Riot Client in Notes with that issue replicated in that as well.

Steps to reproduce

• Create and join a Jitsi Voice widget in any channel
• Select through people dms and other channels
• It varies how many you go through till it kicks you

• Platform: This Problem does affect Web Besides Linux and Windows Desktop Clients from what I've been able to test.

For the web app:

• Browser: Chromium 74.0.3729.169-2
  Web Version 1.1.2-1

For the desktop app:

• OS: Windows & Linux
• Version: 1.1.2-1

I was able to reproduce this trivially.

Think I found out a reproduction case,

1. Join Jitsi conference
2. Switch to another room with a widget
3. Switch to another room
4. VOILA

This still happens with when step 2. is another room with a Jitsi widget
