Element-web: sticker picker is empty

looks like something specific to me. I refreshed Riot several times, I updated chrome and relaunched it, and I still have it. the Console logs are:

@amandine, Sorry that you're getting this :(

Can you please try the following to help troubleshoot this (and see if we can get ti working again)?

Please try editing your stickerpicker integration and clicking on the button to remove the sticker picker widget (below the stickerpacks, as shown in the attached screenshot).

After doing that and closing the integration manager, please wait a few seconds (for synapse to sync the event state) and then try refreshing riot. Following that please try re-adding the sticker pack widget and associated stickerpacks again. Hopefully it will work now.

I suspect that this is the result of some of the mobile testing that you have been doing where either your account stickerpicker event data has become corrupted, or it is using the wrong scalar (e.g. scalar develop, which won't work with riot /develop or /app).

Hmm... that's annoying.

One more thing to try (when you have time, non-urgent, obviously). Repeat the above steps, but before refreshing riot please try typing /devtools followed by 'enter' in the message window of any room. On the resulting modal window, click 'explore account data' and then 'm.widgets' and then 'edit'. Delete everything in the text area and replace it with:

}

Then click send and resume the instructions from above (refresh, re-add stickers).

Let me know if that still doesn't work and I'll come and have a look when I see you in person next week.

And yes this is still happening right now.

I'm seeing the same as @PureTryOut, When I look in the browser dev tools, I see it's pulling from https://scalar-staging.riot.im/scalar/api/widgets/id/[redacted]/stickers.html?widgetId=[redacted]&parentUrl=[redacted]. That url returns 403.

The forbidden error appears to be a different issue. I'd recommend opening a new issue for it.

when i want add a sticker with my own homeserver i have this image .

if i use one other homeserver (matrix.org for ex.) i have not problem.
help me pls ;-)
