Electron-vue: Cannot 'run dev' on an brand new application: [not cacheable], Extension server error: Operation failed

Run yarn run dev, it show logs:

How can I reproduce this problem?

Same issue here. Using KCleaner solves the bug. This program removes running processes.

I meet this problem just now. And slove it by close the proxy of my network.

This problem is caused by Electron's failure to access 127.0.0.1 or localhost. You can try disable all proxy setting / VPN / Route Table.
