I also wasn't able to find a Vector version of this. However I got a very good result running the image through Vector Magic and optimizing the settings a bit.

I am like 97% sure the original is lost because I know for a while Jonald was only producing images in PNG format. I will re-open it and ping him.

I spoke to Jonald. He doesn't have any SVGs. He made that by hand and all he saved was a bitmap image. Sorry. Closing.
