Editor.js: Snippet style plugins

If snippet style plugins were supported, we could eg implement markdown style declarations without explicitly supporting markdown as an input format.

Eg a set of snippets that could convert

^# to a new H1 section (where ^ is start of line)

or type ^- to start a bullet list

etc
