Edex-ui: Disk view in file browser

It would be very nice to have a view of all disks as folders when exiting one with the file browser on windows. This would also allow changing the current disk.

Note that this would be for all platforms, not only windows.

Would be extra cool if it would get the disk icons from Windows and colors them depending on theme.

@clragon Basic implementation idea is that i'd allow browsing above the root folder to display of list of mounted devices.

I'm afraid i can't access the Windows icons though. Also this will require to add a lot of error handling as nothing is less stable than an external filesystem.
