Ecma262: Status of callable class constructors proposal

In the resolution of the last meeting mentioned that the proposal was dropped, but it's still in the list as a stage-1 proposal. Should it be removed from the list of proposals or I misunderstood something?

Yes, but we should figure out where to move proposals that get dropped.

A record of proposals that where considered but not adopted should be part of the TC39 archives,

The proposal resolution (i.e. the rejection reasoning) could be explained in the proposal's repository.
