Easy-digital-downloads: Add File Downloads settings for each product separately

Please add the 'File Downloads' settings in the Misc tab for each product separately.

The 'Download settings' Box, just contains the 'File Download Limit' option! But I need to specify 'Download Link Expiration' and 'Disable Redownload' for each product separately.

I think that there _might_ be a good argument for the Disable Redownload and Link expiration on a per download basis. While it can be done via filters right now that doesn't allow much customization without a heap of dev work.

As far as the method, I think that should remain store wide, that could case some really weird edge cases and troubleshooting headaches.

Definitely a valid use case and makes sense though I'd like to hold off on this until we see more votes for it.
