Dynamo 2.0.3 not able to install

I am trying to install dynamo 2.0.3. on a new machine in the office. It seems it cant pull any install files from the servers anymore.
I can't it here anymore too. Same goes for 2.0.4.. Are those deleted?

Looks like all the versions from RVT2019 are gone.. There's a gap between builds release.. It jumps from dynamo 1.3.2 from 2017-1013 to 2.1.0 from 2019-03-22.
