Dvc: `dvc run` suggests to run the command even with --no-exec

Created on 15 Aug 2019  路  5Comments  路  Source: iterative/dvc

dvc run contains a hardcoded message for dvc run which does not change regardless of whether the --no-exec is provided. This message is misleading, as the command is not going to be run if --no-exec is present:

@jorgeorpinel thank you. I am aware of the documentation; the bug report solely indicates that the message is incorrect.

Hi @dniku I was just adding context to this issue in case a member of the OS community wants to understand the problem and contribute to the project 馃檪
