I've reviewed multiple times. It's broad enough to leave room for filling in specific implementation details, while still narrow enough for the purpose of a fully-fledged MVP which other work can be based-off of. Thanks @dannylamb and everyone else for your work on this.

@kimpham54 Check out the D8 section in the MVP. You can also play with https://github.com/Islandora-CLAW/islandora/pull/4 if you want to give it a spin first-hand.
We're still working out the kinks, but it's a rough outline of how things will go.
