Docker-node: Heads up: Node.js security releases announced for Nov 27th, 2018

Open an issue in the docker-node
repo and get one or more volunteers to be available to review the PR
to update Node.js versions in the docker-node repo immediately after the release.

@tianon @rvagg is doing the work. I see the branches have been merged, and the announcements prepped and approved, I suspect it will happen in his morning, in Australia, maybe 5-6 hours from now. Its 3am there now.
