Docker-mailserver: Add support for dovecot-antispam plugin

The antispam plugin allows you to retrain the spam filter by simply moving emails in and out of the Spam folder.

Can this be added to the container? Running the sa-learn process by hand or via cron is a little clumsy.

looks nice, but the software is not released since 2013. might look into it in February.

Why not use the successor with sieve? AntispamWithSieve
It would be nice opportunity to implement a global sieve filter as well.. :)
