Djangorestframework-simplejwt: Add support for python 3.9
Version 4.4.0 has python_requires='>=3.6,<3.9'. The upper bound was lifted in https://github.com/SimpleJWT/django-rest-framework-simplejwt/commit/953a6bf2dd01872b86dd12e7212a652f90d738db but remains unreleased

Sorry. We'll get to pushing a new release soon. There should be nothing blocking you besides a pip warning, though, as we have no Django checks in place.
