Distributor: Support for Builder Plugin

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, if you pull content from a website that uses the Fusion Builder (from the Avada theme), to a website that doesn't use a builder, the plugin also pulls all shortcode data we don't need.

Right now, we're using cron jobs to pull content from the other site, and strip the shortcodes ourselves. But I really think this plugin could be a better solution!

@wiljeonline thanks for the feedback, I'm adding this to our plugins label of compatibility issues. If you're able to work on a PR in either direction of your desired solution, then we'd gladly review that for a future release!
