@Tuaz
Thanks for your report.

On x86_64 is works fine, this is related to the ARMv8 installation method, which I can't test here.
@Fourdee maybe you find time to jump in?

Unable to replicate with local testing. We'll need to debug user system directly.

@Tuaz

Lets try running the commands manually, please paste the output:

apt-get install binutils:armhf plexmediaserver-installer:armhf

E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.

None of the installed software has held packages (to my knowledge), however, lets get a list of held packages on your system:

apt-mark showhold

Please also try running APT fix, please paste output aswell:

apt-get install -f

@Fourdee

apt-get install binutils:armhf plexmediaserver-installer:armhf

apt-mark showhold
shows nothing

apt-get install -f
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

@Tuaz

Thanks 馃憤

Appears mono is the issue (yet again 馃ぃ )
Try reinstalling mono:

 dietpi-software uninstall 150
 dietpi-software install 150
G_AGI mono-devel libmono-cil-dev #for jackett/sonarr/radarr

failing that, please send us a bug report so we can investigate system configuration:
