Devilbox: Include PHP-CS-Fixer in PHP container

SUMMARY

We are slowly moving our development workflow from local LAMP installations to Devilbox. Although it's not a dealbreaker, we use (and I suppose many other) PHP CS Fixer regularly, so I think it would be a great feature to include this.
