It would be great for people who learn some roadmap to understanding how much time do they need to get from point A to B. Some rough estimation if it is 1 hour, 20, 200, or 2000. It would for sure help people to move along this roadmap.

Time is relative, you can't force learning pace on an individual especially when it's not a competition. Keeping timing while learning should be an individual decision for a healthy learning. my 10 cents

While I agree time is relative, I still think it's a good idea to include this so each individual can get a rough estimation on how long will it take to learn each part based on how long they took to learn the previous part.

For example if the roadmap says it will take 15 hours to learn HTML and 100 hours to learn Javascript, and someone learned HTML in 30 hours, they would estimate that it will take around 200 hours for them to learn Javascript.

your estimate should definitely be powered by artificial intelligence,
because human beings are different.. don't be suprised to find out someone
learnt js faster than html or css

This is a very strange polemic. For a long time, all universities have learning programs. Every learning program there had a number of hours which is mandatory to complete a subject. This number of hours is an average estimated by a board of university or ministry. Of course, there are external degrees for people who could learn something at their own pace, but the number of such degrees is quite low. If universities can successfully graduate people based on averages is it inapplicable here?

You are absolutely right. I think it will be wise to give an estimated minimum time it will require an average person to learn each skill. But, still, it is not necessary

Well... i agree that we should relate this to a learning program, but since
this is self paced learning, it's not all-important
