Devdocs: Incorrect steps for composer install

When prompted, enter your Magento authentication keys. Your public key is your username; your private key is your password.

I don't believe this is correct. Think we should be prompting folks to go into Marketplace and generate their public/private pair.

Expected result

I can follow the docs to setup Magento using composer

Possible solutions

Provide correct info for authenticating with Magento composer repository
