Dependabot-core: Add support for Berkshelf

Please add support for Berksfile and Berksfile.lock files used by berkshelf as used with chef.

Thanks for this. This should be relatively straightforward, since the resolver berkshelf uses is Molinillo, the same one as used in Bundler. I'm crunching on a couple of other things but will try to get to this.
