Dep: Make the "example" in Gopkg.toml actual examples; move docs to repo

The "examples" we generate in Gopkg.toml aren't really examples. They're docs. And they're docs in a horribly unreadable form.

We should move those docs into something that actually lives _in_ the dep repository (I guess just an .md file for now), and provide a link to that in what we dump into Gopkg.toml. Then, we can strip down what's there to some actual, real examples.
