Dep: Names

dep works for now. But do we want to stick with it?

This is, of course, the bikesheddiest of bikesheds. I'm planting it here early so we can let it percolate in the background, rather than trying to go at it full tilt later.

more arguments in favor of hoard:

• some reasonable hoarding is fine, but hoarding too much might not be the best thing. this metaphorically lines up with the idea that we still want to encourage people to be conscious about bringing in deps
• gophers transport deps back in their cheek pouches. "only use as many deps as you can fit in your mouth".
• can you imagine the amazing new gopher cartoons that will come out of this. CAN YOU IMAGINE

In the long term the name will be "go". The short term name is not too important.

No, just "go". The point is that there shouldn't be a sub-command with sub-sub-commands. The commands that exist should work better than they do. That's all yet to be figured out, of course, and experience with dep is the first step. But in the long term, the existing go commands should just work better. There may need to be a few new operations, but no grouping or sub-sub-commands.
