Definitelytyped: Type Definitions for Google Charts

Decent and mostly-complete (for common usage) typings can be found here:

I cannot add labels, but this issue needs a Definition:Request label.

Since those typings appear to have been written by the package author, they could be bundled. CC @nbering

@andy-ms I am the maintainer of https://github.com/angular-google-chart/angular-google-chart, but Google Charts themselves are maintained by Google. The typings I put out there are kind of half-done. I embarked on a typescript migration of my project, but ran out of bandwidth when I changed jobs. I'm open to pull requests if anyone wants to help me finish them.

@gmoore-sjcorg I haven't tried that type definition myself, but at a quick glance it looks complete and up-to-date from my knowledge of the google visualization library.
