Deepspeech: Pushing Android `libdeepspeech.aar` to Maven

We need to finalize proper production of archive and then use scriptworker to push it to repos

Upload target path should be: org/mozilla/deepspeech/libdeepspeech/<VERSION>
Uploading at least .pom and .aar file from the uploadArchives gradle target.

Looks like we also need sources jar ?

scriptWorker is done, uploading and able to re-upload, properly pushing README and release notes.
