According to z2m, you can't use this device to open/close door.
It s just a sensor, that give some information.

No Raspbery, or VM ? Have started the modification, but realy need to test it, not standard code.

Could you switch to https://github.com/KiwiHC16/Abeille/issues/990 we had talked about this cylinder and kiwi is the dev for the zigate plugin .
He had all you need to made zigbee sniffing and more..
A good way to share experiences about this product, the problem to make it working is the encoding..

On my side I m justy trying to report the same value the device send to the Xiaomi application.
The encoding is only usefull to add new key I presume ? It s done by the Xiaomi application too, and using zigbee ? Because I don't see thoses feature on the capture.

If i can help I'm with a rasbee1 on rasberry pi 3b+ i'm using zha on hassio with zigpy ... zigpy deconz...zha device handlers
