Deconz-rest-plugin: Phoscon assumes light must be paired first

I have no lights (only sensors) that I'd like to pair, but the Phoscon interface insists that I scan and add lights on first launch. I have to go through a dance to get past this interface. Can this be more easily skipped somehow?

Yes actually the design for skipping this was finished this week and will be available in next version.
