Deck: Link/share card into another board

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If one card is relevant for two (or more) different boards, you have to copy the content to the second board. Additionally, changes to the cards have to be applied manually to each copy of the card

Describe the solution you'd like
A possibility to create a link of a card which makes the card show up additionally at other boards and keeps the original card and the "copy" in sync.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe extend the move-feature (#249) to also copy cards and then manually keeping the cards content in sync, this if not so convenient of course.

I am aware of this feature request but I don't think it is the same.
Issue #1061 wants to link cards within the description to navigate through related cards more easily. Here, I would like to link the whole card into another board.

I has a similar issue today where I was making a few different projects (boards) but I needed to create some of the same cards in multiple boards. It would have been nice if I could define card templates.

Not just linking a card.

Supporting the topic creator: Our small ngo works on different levels (EU/Country/State), obviously we also have different topics (food, agriculture etc.) So, it's not quite clear, where to create issues, on topic or level boards, also on level boards of whose subgroup is working on that issue or on a level board for which the issue is for.

Creating multiple synced copies/link to cards would be very helpful.

Only addition: It should be clear, on what boards the card is linked to.

Maybe this would also help for creating a virtual board where all of my cards are automatically shown.
