Ddev: v0.2 Release Checklist

This issue contains a list of close-out actions and administrative items. It pulls from https://github.com/drud/general/issues/3#issuecomment-291197831, which is a draft proposal for our release checklist.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Review release (product owner)
• [x] Approve release (product owner and release manager)
• [x] Create binaries (any DRUD maintainer)
• [x] Draft release notes (release manager)
• [x] Draft additional announcements for blog, newsletter, etc (not applicable at the moment)
• [x] Create release (release manager)

In the future, I will begin moving my reviews into the github release issues. Right now I have it in a private google doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/15A5C3hijadtVVLVYykmI27NmWssAHYhqAIijTfCo9NE/edit#. The TL;DR is that we're ready for a release.

Created/updated additional tickets as a result of the release review.

• PR to update documentation.
• Moved the WordPress post-import URL rewrite request to v0.3
• Created a request to address enclosing folder file imports
• Created a request to provide consistent ddev describe output

Also, there was a somewhat weird issue where an issue within drud/drupal8 configuration prevented import-db from detecting the file location. Tanner recommended removing the entire repo and starting over, which fixed it. Leaving that as a note here in case it re-surfaces and we want an audit trail.
