Dayjs: An idea, create an organization to cover more languages?

Like the title. I have an idea which is create an organization to bring dayjs to more languages.

I like dayjs. Because it's brief and practical and all APIs was designed just right. Also with the plugins system, I think it's can cover nearly all scenes.

So I came up with this idea. Inspired by dayjs, I have already build a dart version named day.dart.

I also look forward to having day.rs (in Rust), day.clj(in Clojure) ...... 😆

@iamkun What do you think about it? I am willing to help with the creation of this organization.

We will be able to rewrite day.js on C++ and compile it with WebAssembly! :)

I have already contacted the author kun.

He was agreed with this suggestion and now I join the dayjs organization.

The dart version I wrote has already transferred to dayjs org. The new repo can be found here.
