Date-fns: Nepali / 啶ㄠ啶ぞ啶侧 (ne) language support

Hi. I'd like to add support for Nepali language to this library. I've already started to work on it a bit.

However, does date-fns support different calendars yet ? Since the primary calendar is not Gregorian, but instead Bikram Sambat, and I'd really like to be able to use that instead of AD/BC.

Also, super if multiple calendars 馃槺 can be used for the same locale. Let me know if there're any examples.

Either ways, I can claim the support for ne. Might just have to stick with AD/BC if no other calendar supported.

I can't give any timelines because I don't understand the scope of adding a new calendar.

@suvash, could you please briefly outline how Bikram Sambat support looks in your mind, and what changes would be required to say English locale to introduce it?

There's no support for multiple calendars at the moment, any timelines in your mind @kossnocorp ?

P.S. Do you want to claim AD/BC localization for now @suvash?

@kossnocorp @dkozickis Thanks for the replies. Lost this in my inbox somehow. If there already isn't a support for multiple calendars, this would probably be too much work as of now. Maybe something we can get back in the future.
and yes, I can claim the BC/AD for NE.
