  • License of dataset: Unknown
  • Short description of dataset and use case(s): The training dataset consists of 609 spinal anterior-posterior x-ray images. The landmarks were provided by two professional doctors in London Health Sciences Center. Each vertebra was located by four landmarks with respect to four corners. The Cobb angles were calculated using these landmarks.

Folks who would also like to see this dataset in tensorflow/datasets, please thumbs-up so the developers can know which requests to prioritize.

@leohu6 the license of the dataset is PDDL 1.0: https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/pddl/1.0/

Hi, thanks for adding this dataset!
Will you make the other datasets available, as well? I would be interested in 9,12 (Vertebral fracture assessment) and our Prof already applied via the contact form but he hasn't received anything back.

Hi, I am now in need of this dataset for my project of rib fracture detection. The dataset you provided didn't contain the annotation of vertebra as mentioned on Spine Web. These are really crucial for my project. Do you have any way to retrieve these data?

@leohu6

I emailed Dr. Shuo Li directly and he sent me the dataset.

I email him but he did not reply
