Darktable: Add support for Panasonic S1R raw

I have uploaded raw samples to raw.pixls.us that should cover all the aspect ratios supported by the camera (3:2, 4:3, 16:9, 1:1, 2:1, 65:24). Please let me know if there are any issues with the images, or if you need anything else.

Looks like, just a year after introducing a new compression algo, they have changed it again.
It isn't immediately obvious to me what it is. The raw is certainly compressed.
(If they didn't change their block/packet layout, then now the packet has 11 pixels, i guess)

FYI, LibRaw and RawTherapee now support S1/S1R. May be this could help.

Yes, it will. I'm planning to look into that first before hopefully looking into cr3 stuff.
