Darknet: classify function in darknet.py

@JaledMC you removed classify function from darknet.py in July 2020. Can you please explain the reasoning behind it? The commit notes don't mention anything.

My fault. Didn't test the function at the time, and it was not included at the end. Fixed in #6944
