Cz-cli: Proposal: display issue list when closing an issue

Every time I close an issue via commit comment I鈥檓 afraid I鈥檓 going to get the number wrong. The workflow also isn鈥檛 very convenient: go look up the number in GitHub (or similar) just to type it into the console.

Would it be possible to show a list of open issues (preferably reverse sorted by modification date) and let the committer select from the list? I鈥檓 imagining the implementation would be similar to or reuse gh issues
