Cwa-wishlist: Make it possible to optionally share the exact time of encounters

Feature description

If a positive tested person is willing to upload his DK's to the server (and warn others), it would be nice if he/she gets the option to manually allow that the exact time of the Encounter is shown to his contacts.

Problem and motivation

The exact Time would help the Contact Persons to better assume their risk and so help them considering their next steps.

Additional Information

I know that for this the API from Apple/Google would have to be updated, but since I see that very many people (here in the community) would love to see such a feature, this would be IMHO the best way to integrate it (if we want to keep the highest level of privacy).

I am opposed to all such "voluntary" features.

The reason are demands by representatives of the government party CDU to force people to use the app:

But how is a voluntary feature like this connected to force the people to use the App? Since it's voluntary nobody gets forced in anyway by this Feature
